Pick one to watch.

No qualifiers, need to choose right now.

2023, the most recent. But I chose The Gorge, and it’s looking pretty good so far.

Think I made the right choice. D&D for another time.

I didn't like the newest D&D if it's the one with Chris Pine. Wasn't in the mood for it maybe..

I kinda wanna see The Gorge.

Recent D&D was pretty funny and IMO well done, watched with my kids and they liked it

Haven’t seen the gorge yet

Depends on the audience you are watching with I suppose

D&D Honor amongst Thieves was outstanding if you are a DD nerd. Lots of references and inside jokes. Wife has no reference and she still found it enjoyable

I chose wisely. That was a fun watch. Some may draw comparisons to resident evil or the expanse. Possible Passengers tossed in a bit.

Tiller & Taylor-Joy were a solid pair up.

And also Sigourney Weaver. That lady might as well be playing Hillary Clinton.

My wife and I both loved it.

Despite the poor box office showing I'm really hoping a sequel gets made.

My only hope is that there's a character that keeps dying, and then a replacement comes along that looks exactly the same but just has a slightly different name every time.

Turns out I only had 1 choice after all. Saw it advertised on Netflix, thinking it was available.

Not until Feb 26th.

Guess I'll watch it NEXT week.

literally zero reason to DV this follow up.

I dunno what it is - but Michelle Rodriguez does it for me - loved her as Hulga .

The Gorge was ok. But Dungoens and Dragons is for gays.

It's funny to see the divide on this one. I'll give it a look, even though I'm not any sort of D&D aficionado.

Both are decent couch flicks, but D&D is better.

John Francis Daley gave a bit of a headfake with his comment before the release, about the male hero type, but what he meant and how it was reported didn't exactly sync. For comic reasons, it makes sense but the way it was reported was painted as more girl bossery, take a back seat MEN!'.

Nerfing the male hero lead in such movies isn't exactly new.

Follow up: Watched & liked Dungeons and Dragons: HAT. Not great, but some above decent subplots and well written. Entertaining, if nothing else.

And not claiming there was any rip offs, but I certainly did see references or homages to several different movies, like Avengers, Shrek, and even a obscure one from the TV show Torchwood.

Not bad.

The Gorge was decent until they got to the bottom of the gorge. Then it got stupid.
