Ironic and awful that 3 deaths were caused by a speeding truck.
I cannot imagine this family's pain.
Hope Mr. Juarez becomes a Mrs. in jail and stays there a very long time.

It always seems like in every story like this, the drunk driver has minor injuries or no injuries, and the other people are dead or have catastrophic injuries.
I'm sure there are cases where it goes the other way. But I can't think of any stories I've read about that situation, ever.

I have been told that it's because they are loose during the accident because they are drunk and the sober people tense up.

The mother of the kid killed on NYE, this couples daughter, was with them as well. She dove out of the way and saw it all go down. I can’t imagine burying kid and watching both parents killed.

These people were struck while crossing the street from a restaurant so I’ve been told. No car wreck
