New 18000 BTU window unit

Replacing a Frigidaire that has lasted quite while. Frigidaire still makes the same model and I can get it or Whirlpool makes an inverter ac. I know nothing about an inverter window unit.
Pros? Cons? Thoughts?

I have an inverter and love it! Quite, energy efficient and wifi, I would go that route if I was you.

We have the lg dual inverter units at the camp and they are amazing. They are very quiet and regulate the temp much better than standard units.
