As I sit here watching gameday, the SEC is literally having a historic year where majority of teams are making the tourney. We are not one of those teams
Woodward has destroyed the program. We have a coach who has no passion. We have players with no passion.
Gone are the days of will wade. He brought lsu basketball back from the dead. And now we’re back right where we started.
We deserve a good team to look forward to during the winter months

Its baseball season nobody wants to talk LSU basketball. The season is basically over for them.

A good basketball team and program has the potential to generate way more revenue and publicity than baseball. Even if you’re not a fan it should be our second biggest sport.

Revenue and publicity should not be the goal of a college sports program.
Pro sports does that.

THE only reason why college sports exist is specifically, because of the revenue and profitability of the football program. Without it, none of the other sports, including baseball wouid be able to be played.

I don’t think so. Pretty damn inexpensive for a school to field a basketball or baseball team.
And many schools still field football teams (expensive sport) even though they don’t get any notoriety from it. Or much revenue.
University isn’t like a private company. They have other priorities than profit.

How exactly?
You hoops fans are not realistic. If you love it so much and want it to improve then give money! But that won’t happen because so very few love it (compared to football and baseball)
Very few schools have good program support in every major sport. There’s only so much money
