Considering Doug has worked for Moore his last 3 stops, it would seem to a given that Moore brings him with him to the Saints. If he does, then does LSU have an even bigger edge on 2027 recruit Colton Nussmeier?

I know everyone wants the kid from BR as the 2027 QB but if the younger Nuss is what they are projecting given his size and what we know about arm talent of that family, maybe having him isn’t so bad. He might end up being the best in the family.

Yes I’d be surprised if Doug is not in Nola next year.

If Loomis allows him to, maybe.

Loomis is making the assistant hires, not Moore.

Kellen Moore is the head coach and will get to hire the staff he wants and needs to succeed.

Would be a nice incentive for him that his son would be an hour away and could go to most of his games

I'm not certain if he could go even with that saints playing at home.

Then factor in when the saints are at home LSU may be on the road. Or vice versa and I don't think making most games is a reality.

One of my first thoughts was that it is certainly possible. Doug would probably be OC.

for OC? Bungles isn’t giving him up. Then there’s that contract plus Burrow has been prone to injury. They need to get a veteran and pull Daniels away from Washington once they clear out the shite roster and get their cap under control. Have you seen that mess?
