How have times changed
It’s like the Saints are stuck in another era

One reason I like rock is it's music first THEN whatever dancing, etc. Rap/hip hop is cool for what it is. Just seems to largely have a cap of artistic expansion, though my sister in law showed me that charlemagne the god guy (thought he was just some podcast person), and he's kind of like hip hop meets pink floyd. Really liked it.
Would like to see the Superbowl swing back to some rock and country now and again. Hardy would be perfect. Maybe Metallica or Bocephus (if not too old). The obvious country artist would be ol girl Lainey Wilson. She's actually really good live.

Rap is Ultra Crap performed by musical wannabees that don't have the intelligence and patience to learn how to play a musical instrument!
I'd rather watch Ostrich Races.than listen to any URC.

people like good stories not musical talent.
If it was about pure talent on an instrument, every halftime show and pop song would be jazz or classical.
Rap is a great way to tell intricate stories about the human condition
Country music does the same thing. It's the same 3-4 chords done over and over on an acoustic gtr that most people can pick up. It's about the stories that they are telling.
I didn't grow up on a farm so it's hard for me to relate to Morgan Wallen in the same way most country folk don't relate to NY gangster rap.
Let's not say people are unintelligent because we don't understand their art.
