It’s a shame they haven’t yet. They way the league and the networks have been romanticizing Nola this week, you have to imagine they’ll be bringing more events back to the city.

Jazz fest is likely why New Orleans has no interest along with golf tourney at same time

They put the draft in cities they don't want to host superbowls.

Jazz fest

Thought this was well known. NOLA will never host due to Jazz fest.

It goes to towns that aren’t likely to host a Super Bowl. That’s pretty well known. Miami, Vegas and Miami will likely never host a draft.

Vegas just hosted a draft. Dallas hosted a draft

Both will host a super bowl once every 10 years i reckon

Yeah but they don’t go out of their way to label them the best Super Bowl host city

this is a widely agreed upon thought by a lot of people and has been for a while that New Orleans is at the top

Jazz Fest is a huge event that requires a lot of law enforcement and hotel rooms. No way you could have that and the NFL Draft at the same time. (I don’t even know if you could have two events of that size at the same time anywhere, outside of NYC, LA, Chicago, Las Vegas)
