Judge blocks Treasury access
Of course, this conflicts with the CONSENT ORDER entered in DC earlier in the week, so Trump can and should ignore this ruling.

These judges are going to reap the whirlwind.

for the first time in a very long time, if ever, I now don't worry about these liberal cucks and judges. I have no doubt Trump/Elon and company will continue what they are doing, and will make not of those trying to stand in the way. The way it should be.

Another Odumbf*ck goose-stepping sycophant right out of central f*cking casting. He looks exactly like you think he would....

At some point Team DOGE needs to look into some of these judges…no doubt they’re on the take also.
Posted on 2/8/25 at 9:18 am to udtiger
courts have no means of enforcement it's time to simply ignore them biden did.

Then what’s the point of the Constitution or checks and balances? Some of you sound very un-American

Wait wait wait let me try.
This judge is unelected and is part of the oligarchy that is threatening democracy and he is unelected!

They broke some rules and laws to get us here, I'm fine with doing the same to get us home.

Checks and balances does not mean the arbitrary intrusion of the courts into the business of the President.
The Executive has this authority and the courts do not have authority to intervene. The President is elected to run the Executive Branch. Not a committee. Not at the permission of Congress or the Courts. Nothing that is being done with DOGE jeopardizes anyone's rights.

U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer in Manhattan issued the order, opens new tab after a coalition of 19 mostly Democratic-led U.S. states filed a lawsuit late Friday arguing Musk's Department of Government Efficiency has no legal power to access the U.S. Department of Treasury systems.
Umm, judge President Trump granted DOGE that power through an EO. What do you expect Trump to carry out the audit himself? Trump has to outsource these audit team resources.
quote:
The lawsuit said Musk and his team could disrupt federal funding for health clinics, preschools, climate initiatives, and other programs, and that Republican President Donald Trump could use the information to further his political agenda.
So a ruling with no basis in law. Just hypotheticals and feels.
quote:
"That is both because of the risk that the new policy presents of the disclosure of sensitive and confidential information and the heightened risk that the systems in question will be more vulnerable than before to hacking," Engelmayer wrote.
"Risk" however you measure it it not in the law.
The judge is making up shite.
Ignore him.

Did your pussy hurt this much when Biden kept forgiving student loans after the f*cking SUPREME COURT told him to stop?

The check on the executive by the judiciary has to be based on law. You are right to say this "arbitrary intrusion".

So he's saying the chief of the executive branch doesn't have the right to information within the executive branch? shite is laughable

Well that’s exactly the problem. They all keep breaking rules. This thing that POTUS is so different is mind boggling. He broke/breaks rules like every other one. Everyone keeps picking and choosing who can do what and when depending on if they like them. What’s the point of the Constitution then? Clearly it doesn’t matter if that’s how we gonna move
