Susan Dey in the 80s

This is kinda random but I saw her yesterday on some show from the 80s and had forgotten about her. She was slightly older than my generation but I was old enough to know that she was really nice to look at. My question is for those a little older than me , where did she rank as sexy actresses? Looking back she seems pretty hot, was she considered a “sex symbol” or just good looking? I guess a lot is personal preference.

I won't downvote you since I've got no idea how to upload pics to posts and really don't have much desire to figure out how to do it. I'm and old dog, so new tricks are more of a PITA than I want to deal with.
As for Susan Dey, she was "Girl Next Door" cute, kind of like Pam Dawber of "Mork & Mindy" fame. Dey does sport a bit of an overbite and that dark hair parted down the middle would have made her a target for Ted Bundy back in the day. He had a type and it was gals with long, dark hair parted down the middle for the most part.
I'm actually 5 weeks older than her as she was born on December 10, 1952.

80s were great but weird....
If I remember correctly, she was considered 80s hot as the phrase goes.
LA Law, she just looked like a run of the mill female attorney.
But hey, there were people who thought Murphy Brown was hot in the 80s.

She was nude in the underrated ‘81 sci fi classic movie, Looker, written and directed by Michael Crichton. She was a’right. Took a backseat to the beautiful Playmate, Terri Wells, who also appeared nude.
