Trying to research these two and not finding much. Anyone have any opinions on either?

Jesse has been an outstanding city councilman for Broussardand he’s a very successful businessman in the home finance sector. Conservative to the core. He’s wanting to focus on insurance and premiums as a senator. He’s very strong willed and so I’m voting for him. I don’t see him getting to BR and then joining the usual state swamp.

I am voting for Regan because my neighbor has a Myers sign in their yard. That tells me all I need to know.

If they're gonna be a Louisiana state rep or senator it doesn't really matter, they're gonna do what the trial lawyers, the LABI, and other lobbyists tell them to do.

They have a current Facebook page!!! So they do exist. I don't know why the Citizens group is trying to debunk it, but they have their own agenda.

HB 958 - Would prohibit any financial incentives for health care providers to pressure patients to receive vaccines (if you didn't know, this is RAMPANT) - Myers voted NO.
HB 866 - Broad based anti discrimination bill prohibiting any discrimination by any entity against any LA citizen who refuses any medical protocol or procedure - Myers voted NO
HB 5 - Requires colleges and universities to accept cash payments for vending services at sporting events. Myers voted NO.
SB 8 Racially Gerrymandered Congressional District. Meyers voted YES. The district has now been declared unconstitutional. Myers supported Democrat Cleo Fields in that race over a very competent Republican Elbert Guillory.
He was also absent for some very important floor votes - which was probably by design.

That page was created december 1st 2024. the woman who created the original group is on facebook saying they disbanded their group in 2022 and this new page is fake.

Thank you for that information.
However, Myers photo WAS included on a flyer for a Democrat "Voter Appreciation Bingo" on November 4. He has admitted to providing prizes for the event. So clearly, he is not the "conservative" Republican that he is pretending to be.

Rooting for Regan myself, but I’ve got a feeling Myers is going to be able to outspend him by multiples.
