Damn. Day has lost both his DC and OC in a week.

I’m sure day got way more involved after Michigan with calling plays
Or Ohio st is about to go from natty to a crash next season

Quite a surprise. Brady/Carroll/Kelly all together. Can they finally legitimize the Raiders?

Teams always try to raid your staff after you win a National Title.
No big deal, they got their Natty.
They will probably just promote Hartline to OC to keep him happy.
Day was calling plays before hiring Kelley, and Kelley was only there 1 year.

As a Bama fan coming out of the Saban Era, Bama ALWAYS had to replace multiple coaches every year. The turnover was/is mind-blowing.
As a Bama fan in the DeBoer era, we suck but it's nice we can hold our coaching staff together (I guess).

As a passionate childhood Raiders fan....I might be brought back into the fold with this coaching staff.
Viva Las Vegas.

But do they have enough talent to win in the next couple years???

Petey made instant big moves upon his arrival in Seattle.
Say what you want about him but you can't deny his energy even at his age. I don't think he's in Vegas for retirement/vacation...it's apparent the Raiders are back to being serious after 30 years. We shall see.

I don’t blame those coaches running for the hills after how the fanbase turned on the team.

There is also no love loss between Day and Knowles.

Sign Jameis or Darnold for now. Draft a WR, I'm hoping McMillan from AZ is available when they pick.
