im sorry but this whole system is bullshite to get out of working in over 50% of the cases.
gut the god damn thing, then you can slowly build it back at the state level. but again...this is not something the feds should be providing in the first place. let each state decide.

sorry...been a day where everyone gets pissed because the funding for the projects they wanted got cut
essentially today has been the day where all the ones who voted for this are suddenly saying...oh i wanted cuts but not for the things i like. or I wanted the feds to cut the number of fed jobs...but not mine

I'm not opposed to Americans who are truly disabled getting some assistance from the federal or state government but when I see people who were employed doing a job that required good physical conditioning but they have become physically unable to perform their job and then qualify for disability......BS! There are hundreds of thousands if not millions of jobs that don't require a lot of physical fitness.
