Are there any educational/outdoor summer camps or programs for boys around age 4 between Covington and Baton Rouge?

You're not going to find any sleepover camps that young. There may be some summer day camps that have pre-k classes. Check out Parkview Baptist Eagle Experience?

Probably too young, but Tara Wildlife used to have a week long camp and hunters Ed was part of the curriculum.

Capt Paul Miller ( MGFC) he puts on one in pass Christian in the summer.

4 is too young for Covey Rise Camp
