Haven’t had hibachi in years so looking for recommendations on where to go.
Looking for a great experience.
Is it Ichiban or bust for BR?

I assume by "Hibachi" you mean where you are going to sit and have them do their show. Because if not there are a ton of places that serve Hibachi and they just cook it in the back.
To see them cook in front of you, its pretty much Ichiban. Last week the guy told me that there are only 2 of them that do it now so you may have to wait.
Tokyo Cafe has it as well, but I have heard mixed reviews.
Hunan has reopened and they were supposed to have Hibachi, but I am not sure if they brought it back or not.

You want teppanyaki, not hibachi.

For me it is. During covid they stopped allowing hibachi tables and instead would let you order it from a regular dining table. At some point they stopped that last year and I think there was enough push back that they now allow it again. My kids have seen the show enough times that they are not interested in it. But they do want the food.
Anyway, I'll take a steak/scallops hibachi dinner with two clear soups any day of the week.
Tokyo Cafe - went there when they were renovating Ichibans years ago. The Chef was hilarious but the food was just ok.

Go to Denham and eat at Takumi. Best in the BR area but I have not been to Ichiban in a while.

We had a group a few months back eat there, it’s still one of the better.
