Opening sometime in late February. Thursday-Saturday 7pm-2am. Iconic BR burgers for the late night downtown crowd. I love it.

Dang. I hope they are there by 2/21 when our parade ends there. They would do very well. A lot of drunk women and their patient husbands.

I wonder if they’ll be allowed to actually season the meat? Maybe they’ll spring for a little S&P?

I've tried this place twice. Previously frozen crinkle cut fries, awful milkshakes, overly greasy burger with no flavor.
Seems appropriate for Brickyard. Won't be able to taste anything after 1am.
EDIT:
I thought they were crinkle fries, but they aren't. They just suck.

Went to Dearmans while in town over the holidays. Service was so bad, burgers came out and I couldn’t say they were even warm. How long does a burger have to sit for it to be like that? And essentially tasteless. Place is a shell of what it used to be.

Great review since they don’t sell crinkle cut fries.

Memory was fuzzy. They felt very processed nonetheless and unseasoned. Perfect for people who probably think FDL should reopen.

Dearman's was mediocre. A Sonic burger woukd beat them easily in a blind taste test.

Fries are going to be processed and frozen unless they are cutting them by hand.
Dearman’s is a great simple burger. No thrills. Sometimes, that’s all you need.

Judging by this I don’t even think you went to Dearman’s

Judging by this reply and without reading my previous edit on the fries, I don't think you can read. The place sucks.

At least I don’t have Alzheimer’s I guess

Can't imagine white knighting for a gross restaurant but you do you.

Dearmans is a great Baton Rouge spot. I think food, service is same it was 20 years ago. Prices are a little higher of course. Order right when waiter / waitress walks up: burger, fries, coke usually out in 5 - 10 minutes. Free mint patty on way out.

I never mentioned the quality of Dearman’s. It’s average at best.
