Trump asks SCOTUS to block New York hush money sentencing

The court has asked New York prosecutors to respond to Trump's request by Thursday morning, giving the justices time to act before the sentencing proceeding.
"This Court should enter an immediate stay of further proceedings in the New York trial court to prevent grave injustice and harm to the institution of the Presidency and the operations of the federal government," Trump's lawyers wrote in the new filing.
They argue that the case should not go forward because Trump, who was president at the time of the alleged offenses, was protected by presidential immunity, as recognized by the Supreme Court earlier this year.

I could see this being 4D chess by the Left to attack USSC decisions during Trump's 2nd admin, if the USSC takes this bait.
This would be HIGHLY irregular both legally and procedurally. Has this case even made it to NY's highest court?

You seem confused, which is normal for you.
Not every post is legal analysis.
As I stated (in language a 2nd grader could understand), that thread had nothing to do with legal analysis. It was pointing out how many emotional bitches who identify as MAGA were on the board that day, melting their arse off.
Just to lower the reading level down for you even lower, I'll let you know that this thread is not that thread, and what is being discussed (and what I posted) has nothing to do with the MAGA melt thread.
