Do any Baton Rouge area courses allow personally owned golf carts?

I was visiting a friend recently in Beaver Creek. Several residents own golf carts, but they aren't allowed to use them on the course apparently. I am pretty sure LSU doesn't allow them either.

The Island allows residents to use their own golf carts on the course.

Copper Mill, Greystone and CCL all do as well.

Pelican point - but you have to meet their standards or specs

I thought you meant like rolling up with your own cart on a trailer

That is what I was initially thinking about. I was listening to a podcast which started all of this. It was an about a guy who started a golf cart accessory business online. Apparently that market and business is huge. A lot of of it is golfers who love to have their own cart, who tricked them out with speakers and ice chest and crank up the speed, etc. Those guys will take those to Play at various courses. This is what leadto the conversation with my friend about courses here in Baton Rouge that don’t allow anyone to bring their cart.
I guess if I spent five figures on a golf cart, I would want to bring it with me to play golf as well. I feel it would be a lot more comfortable than the random ez-go

Has to be the correct color, but yeah.

I have a golf cart for the neighborhood. I would love to bring it to courses because it’s nicer than what most places have, but it would be a pain to trailer it everywhere.

That first Phil/Horvath video they are in Phil's cart and it is street legal. Plate on it. Said he could turn it up and it would go 40ish.
