Don’t think the dems, who effectively run the intelligence of the United States, won’t let something “slip thru the cracks” in an effort to stymie the Trump presidency.

There's no such thing as warrantless searches either, or going to war without a declaration from Congress, or granting "parole" to people that illegally enter the country, but here we are.
If you're in power, and you control the people that have the badges and the guns, and a ton of those in the courts, there is such a thing as remaining in power, if you have the balls to go there. Did you not pay attention to how Democrats stole the nomination from Bernie and then installed Kamala and then dared their own voters to question them, to file lawsuits, etc? Did you pay attention to the lawfare they waged since 2016?
You think you can just say this stuff on the internet as if Democrats and the others in DC give a damn, and then you run out every two years and stay shackled to the two party system and pretend like they're going to stop violating the law and taking a giant shite on you because you say "can't be done". Pretty lame for someone to forget that Flynn had a big chunk of the US law enforcement apparatus sicced on him merely for backing the wrong guy. They tried to absolutely DESTROY him.
