Born and raised in Beaumont. Lived here all his life except for ten years in the military.

It does. I think that makes it incredibly hard for law enforcement to get ahead of this.
This guy was hocking commercial real estate and paying his taxes four years ago. Now he’s a mass murderer because of a belief system.
