There’s a new and novel emerging technology they’ve been working on where to stick a big arse pole made of metal higher than your house. I think they call it a lightening rod or something. Pretty high tech shite

Yes.

Place a lightning rod on top of your house.

And then, well preferably, have the power go into some sort of containment vessel.

Then do research on it and try and harness its power so you can take over the world

Benefit of the doubt: Maybe they were bleaching their skin. Lightening it. And used solvent instead of bleach. And poof, flames.

But yeah. And spelling will continue to degrade with the ubiquity of autocorrect.

Well yeah but I've never heard of them being used on a residential setting.

Yeah. I’d strongly advise you to be careful with that or avoid using all together. I used it once and ended up creating an alternate life in the 80s. My mom was married to this guy who called everyone butt head. It was a nightmare.
