Joshy is a fake good QB

He can’t read a defense. He just hands the ball off 35 times a game and then plays backyard football. Lamar is similar tbh.

Seriously? I would take Lamar right now, but to suggest that Allen isn’t legit is laughable.

No way you think Lamar can read.............a defense better than Josh.

Nice stats Joe. Try making the playoffs. He definitely is not top 3. Barkley might get more votes than Joe.

It isn’t at all out of the realm of possibility that the Bengals make the playoffs. If they do, Joe has a DAMN strong case.

Statistically, he's having one of the best seasons by a QB ever. His passer rating of 121 and 46:8 TD to turnover ratio is in rare air among the greatest QB seasons - Rodgers in 2011, Manning in 2004, Brady in 2007, etc. Plus he's still doing the 800 yards rushing thing.

I don't see how you can ignore that.

On the other hand, he also lost to the two worst teams in the NFL. Maybe that will be the excuse to shake up the MVP fatigue bag.

Its like a 5% chance. But even still, a .500 record isnt winning the MVP. I would say Daniels has a better case for MVP than Joe.

a better case or more likely based on how people vote on MVP? If it’s the latter, maybe. If it’s the former, no

I think Allen gets it because not only has Lamar already won it (twice) but he just won it last year. They both deserve it.
Maybe the AP will chicken out and vote them co-MVP like they did in 2003?

Nah man. Voter fatigue is such a bullshite reason to win mvp. Lamar has better numbers. He's having an all time season. He should win.

Its like when Derrick rose won mvp because people got tired of LeBron getting it every year.

Lamar also has twice as many fumbles as Josh.

Lamar is more accurate while averaging a full yard more per attempt. More rushing yards and ypc too.

Josh is havisng a great year. Lamar is having a special year

I’m the biggest Burrow fan but what Allen is going with half the weapons Burrow has, it would be a crime for Allen not to win the MVP. Lamar has been great too but Allen has had a better season statistically and record wise.

Burrow hasn’t had a better pass blocking o line than 26th in his entire career

The weapons argument is pretty weak when you consider the trash o line, trash coach and Tee Higgins sitting out 6 games a season.

It’s basically Joe and Ja’Marr fighting for their lives out there

For some reason I didn’t think Lamar had that many passing tds. After rechecking you’re right. Lamar has 40tds total and 4500 total yards to Allen’s 37tds total and 4100 total yards. I still think Allen is the MVP given his way of taking over a game and winning important games. I can’t remember that last important game Lamar won.
