According to this retard, there arent enough Indians in the country taking away jobs from Americans. This clown will only help further the H1B grift.
David Sacks and the other H1B lovers need to GTFO. There is no US labor shortage in tech jobs. I have plenty of friends/former co-workers who got laid off and replaced with Indians and have not found new jobs because companies would rather pay fractions of their salary for Indians.

Trump has named Sriram Krishnan as Senior Policy Advisor for AI.
Krishnan, an Indian immigrant, wants to remove limits on H-1B visas, flooding America’s STEM labour market with foreign workers. He will collaborate with fellow Trump appointee David Sacks, who was named “AI and crypto czar,” to shape US tech policy.

If they pass on merit, then i dont care.
I’d rather them here in the states contributing than the job outsourced to india because the skill level of this population cant meet demand.
I’d be more worried about our education system and preparing americans for stem field. H1B is a symptom of the issue, not the cause. Treat the cause

You mean like the Saudi doctor that drove into a crowd of Christians? Diversity failed. Stop trying to find ways to worship it.

Merit based has always been the way.
I’ve said nothing about diversity.

Keep crying. I promise you Trump knows way better than you do. Perhaps you need a safe space to let out your anger?

Thats the thing, they don't have merit. That's the lie the H1B grift lobby has pushed on Americans, that Indians are extremely talented and capable, far more capable than American workers, therefore we must bring them here. To go along side the 2nd lie - that there is a shortage of STEM talent in the US.
The truth is that there is no shortage of US STEM talent.
When I was hiring for a job back in the Spring I had 500+ applicants and all but 20 of them were Indian. Their resumes all followed the same script. Undergrad degree at some Indian university. Moved to the US and got their masters somewhere. Then 3 years of experience at some job stateside (even though they just graduated from their masters program in the last year). It was like a template.

You'd be angry too if you got laid off and replaced by an Indian twice in the past 2 years. At my last job I had to train my Indian replacement or I wouldn't have gotten my severance.
I had to move to Miami because the labor market in DFW for tech jobs has been completely overtaken by Indians. It's nearly impossible to interview for a job and not run into an Indian at some point in the process who will automatically reject you as they only want to hire other fellow loyal Indians from their own village or caste.

Saudi does not equal Indian, especially in potential for terrorist acts.

I fail to see how you being bad at your job is somehow Trump or Krishan’s fault.
You sound like a liberal. Stop blaming everything on someone else.

That's what it should do. The country, and it's citizens, should benefit. Not harmed.
The principle here, maybe not the execution- granted, but the principle here is a good one.

The third world is the world. We’re supposed to be making America great again. Not making America a third world country.

So, first you were hired over 480+ Indians for a job and then replaced by an Indian at that same job. Looks like you were given a fair opportunity.

When I graduated, I looked at some of these tech employment firms that focus on Indians. They blatantly stated that you would work very cheaply for them for a year and then they would lie on your resume that you have been employed for 3-5 years to look for a new job with your fake work history.
Any h1b holder caught lying on their resume should be immediately deported.
