I have a Van Halen ticket stub from 1982, the price was torn off but I'm pretty sure it was $7.50 if I remember correctly

I saw Van Halen, The Doubie Brothers and The Rolling Stones at the Superdome in 1978 and IIRC the ticket price was $12.70

What a show!

Sounds about right. I know I bought early 80's tickets for less than
$10

I have a Metallica ticket from 1991 that was $19.99 and a U2 ticket from 1992 that was $22.
I just bought Alison Krauss and Union Station tickets last week for $135/ticket.

Missing plenty, but here are the ticket stubs I still have - some have the prices on them.

$9.50 for Van Halen at the Centroplex in 1981…$1 more a year later at MS Coast Coliseum.

$10.75 for KISS at the Superdome in 1983.

$12.00 for Megadeth and Alice in Chains at the St. Bernard Cultural Center in 1991.

$12.25 for Pantera at the St. Bernard CC in 1991 too.

I was there. Banged my head so much I felt really fricked-up the next day. A great show.
