People can flame you all they want but I agree with you 100%. Cutrera and Riley are average LBs at best. Minter is the real deal and I see him being the starter no later than midseason. I've posted more than once about how average (being nice) our LBs are (except for Beckwith who was above average) and I think Minter will prove it when you put him in the mix. I also wouldn't be surprised to see Baker moving ahead on the depth chart of some of the more experienced LBs on the team.

That's a huge statement. I think he's talented and may get some PT next year, but starting is not likely.
You have Cutrera (Sr.), Riley (Sr.) and Sheppard (Jr.) who all have a lot of expereince and Riley is pretty good and upperclassmen Foyil (Sr.). I'm pretty sure Ryan Baker (So.) will get PT before Minter and we had don't forget that we also have Kyle Prater (RSFR), Kellen Theriot (RSFR) who were pretty big recruits as well. Don't know where Clemons (So.) fits in, but he was Riley's back up last year so Minter will have to beat him out as well.
