Anyone else going to see Weird Al in New Orleans in July?

At the Saenger
Super stoked, one of my best friends (and my kids Parrain) got tickets for the 4 of us.
Over $75 dollars each in fees!
Excited though. I've never seen him but likely have listened more to his work than most others

Got my ticket as soon as they went on sale. He's playing all the hits with costume changes and everything for this tour. Can't miss it

I met him at a resort I worked at in Phoenix in the 90's. Ranks at the top (with a few others) as biggest celebrity prick I've met.

Once of the best concerts I've ever seen - his band is very underrated.

No, he hasn't done it in a few years. The last tour he did was all deep cuts. The one before that he played with an orchestra. That one had some hits but the setlist was geared towards songs that would work with an orchestra.

Good to know. The last one I saw was the Mandatory Fun tour.

Not this show, but am seeing him in August and taking the kids. I’ve never seen him either and the kids love him.
