Is he in the countryon a workers visa or something. It seems like being a judge would require you to be a citizen.

His citizenship here in the US can be revoked and I highly encourage Trump to do that. Day 1.

Why not both. As a naturalized citizen he has committed felonies and can have his citizenship revoked. Or if he insists his rights are being violated then we can convict him of the crimes and throw him in prison.....let him chose.
