Ahh, the little-known requirement of LSU quarterbacks to throw record numbers of pick 6's in a season. I think that statute was repealed in 2019 and replaced with the Burrow statute, though it hasn't really been adhered to since then. Someone should probably start enforcing it.

I feel like when this came up after 2019 there were stipulations.
Burrow met all the stipulations in regards to his on field performance.
I believe there is a time stipulation though where it has to be something like 10 years before a statue is built. Could be wrong though.

LSU officials have always been incredibly tardy, almost to the point of apathy, in regards to getting statues of Joe Burrow and Jayden Daniels erected.
The same is true for names adorned to the stadium facade. YA Tittle, Paul Dietzel, Bert Jones, Charles Alexander, Dalton Hilliard, Joe Burrow, Jayden Daniels, AJ Duhe, Nick Saban, Steve Van Buren, Les Miles (he won a title, sorry), Kevin Faulk, Andrew Whitworth, Johnny Robinson, and take a pick among a slew of receivers, should be on the stadium. As it stands, LSU has three names on the stadium. Visitors have to know there is more to LSU football than that. But those in charge are either arrogant, or don't care. I'll go with the former.
