I know bowl practice has started but I haven’t really heard anything about the early enrollees. I’m assuming they aren’t there yet, but does anyone have any info

They don't participate, but some come, watch, and listen.

Early enrollees can participate in bowl practices

Early enrollees can practice but can't play. We had some HS guys do it for the national championship game IIRC.

Most are probably finishing up last week of high school exams this week

For some reason I remember it being defensive players at the bowl practice.

On campus. They’re allowed to practice at LSU, but can’t travel to the bowl and practice.
Unless the rules changed the last few years, which is possible in today’s cluster of NCAA.

Didn’t Aranda say Stingley was already the best CB on the team when he practiced with the team before the Fiesta Bowl

Stingley was one I remember. They kept saying how he was shutting everyone down.

Quit posting like you know anything.
Kids can practice the entire time, attend the meetings. ,They can do everything the other players can do except play in a live game.
It amazes me how some dudes put up fake points.
Just shut up and scroll and learn.

If they have signed and graduated then they can participate.

I don’t know about where you live, but where I do, the Fall semester of high school doesn’t end until this Friday.
Therefore, all the students are tied up with Finals this entire week.
Its pretty difficult to participate in college bowl practices in Baton Rouge when you are still finishing up high school in your home town.

Stingley was a dog at practice for the Fiesta Bowl game prep.

They did in fact change the rules. From an article in 12/22:
quote:
"What happens is in this rule, when you are through with your work in high school, you have to have acknowledgment from the high school. We have to have a letter in an email that says, 'He is done with his high school work,' then he can come on our campus after signing date," head coach Mack Brown said in a press conference last week. "He can practice with our team here. He can't get bowl gifts, but he can practice. When you leave your campus to go to the bowl site, they cannot go to the bowl site with us. So they would only be practicing on our campus."
From an article from 12/23:
quote:
As a result, defensive lineman Vic Burley and defensive backs Khalil Barnes and Shelton Lewis have been practicing with the Tigers and under the new rules can go with the team to Miami to practice for the Orange Bowl. “This is new,” Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney said. “We’ve never been able to do this. We’ve been able to bring guys in the past, maybe to do some practice here or there, but we’ve never been able to take guys with us. So I think it’ll be a great experience for them — kind of an eye-opening thing.”
