Our players--and especially our leaders--should not be quitting before the season is finished, and they shouldn't be invited to stand on the sidelines if they do.

His Heisman speech was, like, "crazy" embarrassing. It was "crazy." I mean, it was so "crazy, ya know."

Shedeur too.
Both projected top 5 picks.

Laughable that we have guys not even projected in the 1st round opting out

I have no problem with guys opting out of bowl games. It is pretty cool though when some of them do decide to play

It’s not really about what round they are projected. One bowl game isn’t going to make or break their draft stock. Unless they were to get injured of course, which is a big reason as to why they opt out.

Christian McCaffery did the same thing in the same season.

How was it embarrassing? He’s a kid, his speech was fine.

Agreed….I can see the need to make a choice, as a potential high draft pick can cost himself millions and millions of dollars with even a minor injury. However, if a player opts out of his last game, I consider that quitting the team. Clean your locker out and no further traveling with the team.

Shedduers father is the coach. He is Travis’s adopted father. I’m sure Deion is kinda in the ear of them. It’s in his interest moving forward for his players to play bowl games so I’m sure he greatly encouraged this.

Sure it is. Higher risk for top guys. Less risk if you’re a day 2-3 guy

Prime tells them up front. If we make a bowl, you’re playing.

More to lose. Not sure why this is hard to understand.

Surely you realize the financial impact.
Injury to a top 5 guy could cost them millions if they drop.
Injury to a day 2 or 3 guy could be 100s of thousands

I'm betting on bowl games so I looked up main CF players to see who was sitting out, and most are actually playing. Jaxon Dart is playing. Cam Ward is playing. Travis and Sanders are playing. Jalen Milroe is playing. This trend has reversed in a good way.

I hope Nuss plays. I think he will. Obviously Jeanty, Beck, Gabriel will start.

I'd be dissappointed if Campbell and Jones sat.
