He is going pro. So is he playing in the Bowl Game?

Would be dumb to play.
It's a meaningless exhibition game and he's had injury issues.
The only thing that can change his draft status for the positive or negative is an injury.
Kid could have 14 catches 235 yards and 3 TDs and his draft spot doesn't change.
He gave 3 years to LSU, played through injuries and gave us one of the best moments in tiger stadium history.

Dude is set to be the next Travis Kelce type player without being a tool. He shouldn’t play in the bowl. Game is just different than 10-15 years ago

What about the game being “different” means he shouldn’t play in the bowl game?

ive always looked at bowl games as important up until the texas bowl with 39 players.
this is not a defense mechanism for not making the playoff, either.
bowls are now important for coaching your underclassmen up for next year, via evaluation.
winning is still important.....but this is now a preseason game for next year.
i want to qualify this as saying, i want to win, but we need to eval everyone that will play next year. i also understand that we don't have any tight ends....im okay with taylor not playing . he doesn't owe us anything.

Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr played last year. Improving your draft stock isn't the only reason to play. Enjoying a trip and playing with your friends for the last time could be a reason too.

bullshite. I paid $120 this year to the collective, he better play, he owes me.
Just kidding. He's a Tiger legend whether he plays or not.

Malik played long enough to get his record and then quit. BT came to play and led us to victory.

Why would you not make your title “is Mason Taylor playing in the bowl game”
