Most projections have LSU going to Nashville for the Music City Bowl. If Nebraska loses to Iowa on Friday, expect the 6-6 Cornhuskers to be their opponent. Nebraska hasn't been to a bowl in 8 years and their fan base is rabid. They will travel in droves which is why Music City Bowl officials will choose them over a team like Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, or USC.

For the record, LSU is 0-5-1 all-time vs. Nebraska. The last time they played was the 1987 Sugar Bowl.

We want no part of Nebraska. They have competent coaching

Not so sure about that, but Rhule DID just replace Satterfield with Holgerson as OC a couple weeks back and there was a noticeable difference vs. Wisconsin. That said their secondary is terrible and LSU's receivers would have a field day.

We got blown out in three straight games and the last one was to Billy Napier.

We want no part of Nebraska.

Plenty of Tigers in Nashville and surrounding areas, including me. Hope it happens. Would love Michigan or Nebraska.

Yeah, I'd expect the stadium to be about 70% red.

The Cornhuskers are only one of a few teams that I follow besides LSU.

Those "Hungry" corn fed "Lunch Pail" boys would kick our arse in a Bowl game!

Would love this matchup - there should never be teams we’ve played and haven’t beaten.

Nebraska fans are like no other. They will buy up any tickets they can get their hands on. Remember they sold out their stadium for a women's volleyball game. 92000+ fans. For women's volleyball

True freshman who was last year's #1 QB coming out of HS. Pure pro style QB with zero run threat. Folds under pressure and Nebraska's OL is not good.

I would like to watch us play Nebraska. Not enough to travel to Nashville for it, but I'd watch on TV.

Travis Hunter would pull our defense apart. 20 point loss

As long as their are opt outs, I will never attend a non-championship bowl game.

You really think Travis Hunter is playing in a bowl game. He’s already announced he’s entering the draft and not even giving the pretense of having to think his decision over.
