It seems everyone has an agenda. Politicians. MSM. The root of it all is power and greed, but how do you fix it? Would fixing it create a different problem?

I think more lawsuits for defamation and slander against the news networks should occur
Their lies cause actual harm

Put current to their chair and every time they lie they get zapped.

drain the swamp (lobbyists and bureaucrats)
cut access to the MSM and hit their pocketbooks, they are in death spiral anyway

Make propaganda illegal once again.
Then prosecute infractions .

You just continue to empower other media outlets and create a decentralized marketplace of news. Those that are honest will organically grow.

I don't want it fixed. Let them keep being a laughing stock. They helped trump win by being such cunts

For MSM bias, gut NY Times vs. Sullivan to start, then sue in a favorable jurisdiction with a long-arm statute crafted specifically to attract these kinds of cases. For political corruption, term limits is the start.

I have to think that repealing Obama's Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 would create a huge problem for their future frickery. I'll admit, I am not exactly sure that simply an EO by Trump would take care of that.
"The U.S. Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (Public Law 80-402), popularly called the Smith–Mundt Act, was first introduced by Congressman Karl E. Mundt (R-SD) in January 1945 in the 79th Congress. It was subsequently passed by the 80th Congress and signed into law by President Harry S. Truman on January 27, 1948.
The Act was developed to regulate broadcasting of programs for foreign audiences produced under the guidance by the State Department, and it prohibited domestic dissemination of materials produced by such programs as one of its provisions. The original version of the Act was amended by the Smith–Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 which allowed for materials produced by the State Department and the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) to be made available within the United States."
Also, I think there was another one that quietly passed during the GWB/Dick Cheney administration after 9/11 that gave the MSM more latitude with their reporting. But I could be mistaken.

Camps or executions. Either one works for me.

Defund them or take their license away. ….MSM is significantly funded by big pharma, which is our money laundered.
