It’s been called, but didn’t they shift their EC votes to the national popular vote winner?

I thought this was the case but it’s not. They joined the popular vote pact, but that only goes into effect after enough states join to form 270 electoral votes

Theres a caveat. They will send their EC votes to the popular vote...but only if a majority of states also agree to only send their EC votes to popular vote

They only joined a "compact" with a bunch of other states that says they will do this only when enough states to hit 270 join the compact - which will never happen.

Plus the SC will smack this down anyway.

Jesus people keep up, the national popular vote issue doesn't kick in until a certain number of states pass it - they haven't, so it's a moot point

so no, commirado is a deep blue state and went hard for harris, taxpayer funded killing of babies, and new excise taxes on firearm purchases
