He seems to make plays when he gets in the games.

He was playing DT against GaTech, so I wouldn't assume him penciled in at DE. (Although that may have been Miles' way of getting him a decent amount of playing time in preparation for starting at DE next year...)

Keep in mind that Jackson came out of nowhere as a redshirt freshman and redshirt sophomore. I think most thought he would be a reserve guy for most of his career since he was a tweener. Corley and Aghayere have plenty of talent, hopefully one of them (or Pep) will make the big step up like Jackson did.

Clement and Chancey A. were freshman so we didn't get to see them but what has Corley shown that makes him starting material at DE?

he got injured during spring session so he missed a ton of reps. The ability is there maybe the experience and knowledge isn't yet. With this coming Spring under his belt I would peg his as the first backup end nipping at Laz's heels.

So you think he starts at DT?

I have a hard time seeing anyone keeping Woods and Nevis on the bench.

they have used Pep in the same way they use Tyson...as both a strong side DE and DT in passing situations. They are freakishly similar players in size and style. Seems he has been groomed the same as Tyson. To show his speed, go look at his play last year on special teams

Haven't watched Levingston that much but I can personally vouch for Corley as far as being a freakish athlete. Saw him play in high school and he is FAST! (for a DE).

Clement and Agheyere(?) were both highly recruited so it will be interesting to see who steps up. I just hope Alim plays as well as he did this year.
