from what i understand they were waiting on cambell and possibly montgomery. I know SM is a DE but not sure how many DLineman they were gonna take. Now i think they are already trying to push DS but it may be too little too late

First off PW playes in the worst BCS conference in college football and the big east does not deserve and automatic bid. pat white's teams ran the ball at least 70% of the time making hime more of a running back than a passer. you have to ask yourself who wwould you rather have... jamarcus russell or pat white.
I think in JJ you have both. a rocket arm and great feet. I think RS if he wants to be a QB at lsu should red shirt mostly because he is not as developed a passer as JJ is and I cannot see him as a ever down QB (at least not next year)
RS has had a passing coach (jeff blake) for over a year now and there has been a lot of improvement in his mechanics but i dont know how much better he will be when he gets to LSU

You will see lsu at or around 13-14.... the beatdown of GT was unexpected, chavis is well respected and the #1 recruiting class we assure we are in the top half of the teens but the 8-5 keeps us out of the top 10.
People say UA runs away with thw SECw but i think otherwise, unless Star Jackson is the next wwelll.... Jordan Jefferson

I heard his grades were close to being in order and he should qualify.

Ill be honest I havent seen the ruston game and probably about 8-10 DHS games in 2 years but DS was always a handfull
Now we see why Coach O left the saints. I know many do not like him but Sexton gets his clients every cent he can and if I was a coach I would want him as my agent
re: Josh Downs is a 5 Star in my book!

Fluker has the same problem that big herm had comming out of high school. he is too big to handle any speed rushers from the outside. he will have to move inside and be covered up to be truely effective. Personally he is a 4 star OT.
Downs if he is not a 5 star he is as close as you can get. I know his knock is his size but I havent seen a game when he was blocked one on one.

DS was the most dominent defensive player i saw at the state champ games and if we got him it would be awsome. i thought lsu would get one of the big name DT's (besides davenport) but I think DS would be a good fit in Tiger Stadium

I dont know about done but has he played a full season since comming to new orleans?
Hawthorne is by far the best PBP guy in the game. I have heard guys from different teams on yahoo radio and JH is the best. If he only know the names of the guys on the team or number of men on base or anything... but I have to admit in the heat of the game.. wtf would come out of my mouth.

SM is a kid i think lsu has a shot at..... i wish they would announce chavis and that be his first in-home at lsu
JJ has poise and presence. something i thought JLee had but we all know he doesnt. you cant teach what JJ has

that is a stretch... mcd has all the tools but i will say JD is hard to block one on one. lets see what happens when he gets to lsu
Loston is a stud. downs is a sleeper and i think davenport RS's and gets into great shap and 2 yrs is the next bid LSU DT
