My workout routine is fairly tame compared to others so I really can't take a day off. But Saturday and college football makes it even harder.

Yes. If I take a day off, I get Spandex withdrawls.

No days off brother. Who’s gonna carry the boats? And the logs? Stay hard.

I find it hard because I have multiple goals and enjoy multiple things. I’m also limited with how much time I can spend exercising.

45 minutes (including warming up) of lifting 4 days a week and 30-45 minutes of running 3 days a week.

If I take days off, I’ll lose much needed training time on one of them.

Yes - Every week.

I turn Sunday into an active recovery day.

Go for a walk and get 10k steps. Sauna/cold plunge.

I lift 3 days per week but it doesn't mean I'm not active on the other 4. Usually riding my bike, hiking, hunting, etc. Other than a football game or two I don't really watch football and I'm not the type of person who can handle being bored very well.

I am a total dick when I take a day off. There are days when I know my body needs a rest, but I usually feel good after a nap. Thing is...after a nap, I need to burn energy again.

About once a week I do something very light. Either stretching, Yoga, Mobility type work, or just take it easy. Other than that, I'm in a pretty good routine of doing a bike ride every other day and weights on the days between.

Yes, I find it very hard to take a day off. Rest days are essential for muscle development, just as important as the workout days. I just always feel like I could be doing something.
