And it’s been at $1.1MM for a few weeks. That likely means no one was watching it and waiting on the price to drop.
The owners were sure to vote the $1.1MM is just for the property, the pizza recipes are extra. TheAdvocate
What’s ironic is that they probably could have gotten more than $1.1MM back in 2022, but they were greedy and now it’s going to sit.

If the property was worth 1.1 million in 2022, it's worth 1.1 million in 2024. Them trying to sell the business with the property will have no affect on what the propetry is worth.

The $4 was for the property and the “business”, this listing is just for the property.
I put business in quotes bc it was closed at the time they were trying to sell it, thus it had no value really. IMO now all they have of value, other than the building/land is some Fleur de Lis intellectual property. Anybody’s guess what the IP is worth.

The property can still be worth $1.1MM, but the real estate landscape has changed since 2022. You had many more potential buyers 2 years ago

I literally said why in my next sentence. You now have less people wanting to tie up their money in large real estate purchase. That means less potential buyers.
