Any future battle will be harder thanks to Biden/Harris Ukraine war. Fiber Optic Drones

Now the Russians have fiber optic drones. WTF? This prevents jamming and provides more clear video.

You think that this is some new innovative technique they couldn't have figured out anyways? This is a very basic approach to the jamming problem. We've had "wire guided missiles" since the 1950s which this drone is basically a cheap version of. Also the learning from this war goes both ways, I'm sure NATO and the US are making changes to their equipment and strategies as well.

True, but it took 3 years of war before they did it. Now they have it if our guys or Europe ever has to fight them. I hope they don't.
More concerning is the CCP and North Korea having better tech now for their drone swarms.

It's scary that our military studies what is happening on a modern battlefield in order to learn and prepare for the future? I'd be scared if they were resting on their laurels and not trying to improve.
