DOJ suing VA over purging non citizens off voter rolls

We are talking 6300 people. These are self identified non citizens. They check the non citizen box on their DL application. DOJ is saying VA violated the law since it was within the 90 day window to a federal election. Every Democrat gov in the past has done the same.

Tell the DOJ who cares and let them take to court and delay until after the election. No standing will always be the result especially after the election since what are they going to do, re vote?
