Does anybody have a clue what the price is this year for in shell pecans? I've stockpiled over 200 lbs of them. There are many more to get in the next couple of weeks too.

I was quoted .50 cents/pound yesterday from 3 places on the west side of the river from BR.

Call this place. I think he still has the pecan cracking machines.

I have twenty mature trees on three acres for my backyard. I never check the price. A old man comes twice a year, November and December, with his old arse pecan combine thing and picks 50/50 for me. He puts a handwritten check in my mailbox around January every year. I never ask questions. Just glad to get the pecans off the ground.
