You can't target anymore than that. You cannot do it any better. And the last game when they reversed it, not only was it obvious but they didn't even give an explanation. They just said the call was reversed. game over

They came out with an explanation on Sunday last week. Said out of bounds player touched the ball, the LSU rule. BS. This week was absolute garbage. Cost Cal the game, IMO.

If they would have gotten the targeting call it would have been a 15 yard penalty and automatic first. At the very least they would have taken more time off the clock and probably won the game.
