You can teach a guy to read coverage better. You can't teach Barkley's arm.
I don't know why that is funny because Lee can make all the throws and has a tremendous arm, but he made terrible decisions all year. This is a very good comparison. Barkley really struggled this past year in HS because of his decision making. Same thing.

Lee wasn't as highly rated coming out of HS and Lee's arm isn't as good. Lee might've been a good player if he had the time to develop.
