We have 2.5 days in San Juan, PR coming up. We are staying close to Condado Beach about ten minutes west of the airport. Any suggestions or recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc.?

I only spent one day in San Juan before heading west, but my wife and I still talk about our dinner at Marmalade in Old San Juan. It's a 5-course menu. Opt for wine pairing with it. Have a drink before at the bar. The global warming drink was something I still try to re-create.

I had a really great meal at Cafe El Punto in Old San Juan last time I was there, it seems to say temporary closed on google maps. It was right across the way from the place that did the first Pina Colada. That place is pretty good too. Barrachina.
The Don Collins Cigar shop sells infused Tresclavos Rum. I enjoyed the passion fruit one there and took a bottle home.
The forts in Old San Juan are really neat to visit.

If you can rent a car, the El Yunque Rainforest was definitely worth it.
