He’s both smarter and more genuine than Harris. Not saying much, but it’s really clear if he was the top of the ticket this would be more difficult.

I understand your point, but I’ve been around and grew up with people that have been able to write down a topic once, absorb it and immediately expand on it in shortly after doing so. With that said, they were very intelligent people and I think Waltz is in that same category. He’s a very smart person, but he’s not using that intelligence to help the American people.
