How to spot "catfishing"

I've watched the MTV show numerous times. I like to believe that many who are on that show have a lack of self-esteem and confidence about themselves, and are simply wanting a connection, almost believing anything and everything to be true to avoid the void in their life.
I'm aware of how to use reverse image searches, reverse phone number searches, and websites to spot AI generated imagines.
I've done all three of these things, using multiple sites within each field. All reverse images come back with 0 results. The phone number comes back to a registered person -- in other words, it isn't a burner type phone number. I can even see the wireless carrier provider. And the website to check if the pictures that I have are AI generated all come back with less than a 2 % chance of the pictures being AI generated on each picture.
I just started chatting with this woman yesterday, and we're scheduled to do a FaceTime either tomorrow or Thursday. If that truly happens, I will have my answer. And if it doesn't happen, I most likely will have my answer as well. This lady is from Finland, but now lives in the United States, just 2 states over and only 3 hours away -- which is what threw up a red flag to me. And her Facebook profile (we are now "Friends") lacks any real content, but does go all the way back to 2010. And the comments that are on there, some are in Finnish, which adds credibility that she is "real" and not AI generated, but I'm still skeptical that I'm actually talking to the person I have pictures of. I am always guarded online, and especially with any type of dating app (met her through Facebook Dating).
In the meantime, what other precautionary measures should I be on the lookout for?

If she's hot, and she's pretending to be attracted to you, then you're being catfished.

Make sure the roll of quarters in her pocket is there before you make out.

If she tells you to move to Maui?

I'd move, after my kids are old enough and on their own. But not necessarily for her, or any woman. Simply because it is a beautiful place to be.
But on a more serious note, she hasn't asked for anything. Not even hinted.

You watching MTV and worried about some one on the phone tricking you. Ain't no hot women hitting on you IRL

Dude, I'm filtered on my profile. I am just giving back to the women that do this to men.

Are you both too busy to take 5 minutes and FaceTime now?

She has something planned for tonight or I would. But she did indicate tomorrow, so I don't mind waiting. It's not an emergency so to speak.

I don't know what that means.

Zero. None.
I know the saying, "If it looks too good to be true, it most likely is." And this may prove to be the case. But ... if not ... daddy likey.

I would rather someone who doesn't post all of their life on social media.
Much of my life happens outside of social media, and I prefer to keep it that way.

Just go back to beating off.

You don’t have to schedule a phone call in advance. Sounds sus

She may indeed be Finnish.
You may indeed finish.
But it won’t be a happy ending.

If you've watched enough Catfish episodes, then you know this mysterious Finnish lady is actually one of your guy friends. Who you now know is gay for you. (And whom you've almost certainly already sent nudes to and had phone sex with.)
