LSU defense

I think the read option QBs will create a problem for LSU defense in the coming weeks.
Arkansas and Alabama mostly. I feel the Ark QB is a mini Jayden Daniels( not the 2023 Heisman Jayden but the year before Jayden)
And Alabama has a Ton of talent on roster (leftover from Saban).
UF and Auburn should be a W for sure.
And then there is Ole Miss and oklahoma... which should be a 50-50.

We play Vandy not Auburn and they actually took Mizzou to OT. Arkansas of course will be a dog fight because we never play well against them.

LSU has no chance to beat Auburn this year.

You mean the Jayden Daniels that had 4K total yards in the SEC, with a 17/3 TD-INT ratio, and 11 rushing TDs on top of that?

And I say read option QB will cause us problem is mainly because how bad our rush defense is been. With a Dual QB there is additional dimension of running that will have to be addressed.
Thats not to say we cannot fix or adjust. I just say that the challenge will be there and I hope our DC makes the right plan

This defense is playing with speed and passion and are getting sacks and turnovers which didn’t happen last year. We have an entirely new defensive staff. Normally, it takes about 4-5 games for players to settle in and eliminate the mistakes and we’ll be a good team. Maybe not a playoff team, but a good team. We’ve got who’ve got in terms of players so, let’s coach them up, cheer them on, and accept the realities of where we are at this time.
