Haha I actually own that jacket. I've only worn it a few times so far so it's still like wearing cardboard. I am curious to see how it breaks in.

Used to really like their stuff, but the private equity owners have jacked up the prices so sky high that I don't buy unless its super sale day. Also the $50 t-shirts and ball caps are idiotic in general.
Good substitutes: Frost River and Duluth Pack for bags, Schaefer for jackets and such. Note that Duluth Pack is good local made canvas bags, nothing to do with Duluth Trading.

Yeah their prices are pretty outrageous. The only reason I bought this jacket was it was %70 off no way I would pay 325 for it

It gets cold enough for only about 3 days a year down here to wear all those layers

I live in my Alaskan guide shirts during the winters. I probably have over 15 of them now. They have gotten absurd on their prices lately.
