I’m sure this has been discussed, but Kelly needs to do something to show the team that being a dumbass and costing your team won’t be tolerated. Even if it’s just for a game. I bet his backup will play better than him anyway.

If that's true you have to bench Lacy too.. which was 1000x more idiotic than removing your helmet before leaving the field.. which I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and gonna call that a simple mental lapse

Agree-both Burns and Lacy need to be punished. They are seniors should be leaders and be an example for the younger guys. They have been in BK's system for 3 years

The lack of leadership the last 3 years is upsetting.
I watched LSU vs UT game in 2019 and we had leaders all over the field. There was no shootin up after TDs...Justin would score, His WRs and OL run down to quickly celebrate with him, then its back to work to go and do it again.
Defense too. Held each other accountable and both units worked together....

It doesn’t take much to be better than Burns. Me and you could go out there and make as many positive plays as Burns. Or Sage for that matter. It’s really pathetic that none of these other dudes can beat these two below average to bad players out.

YOu can't only discipline Burns because he is such a liability as a player.
Lacy is a real asset as a receiver, but his penalty was just as (if not more) inexcusable.

Anyone , Kylin Jackson , fricking whit weeks is faster and more athletic and I’m sure better in space . Burns isn’t a hitter , doesn’t have ball skills and can’t cover . The only thing he’s good at is flexing after making weak tackles after long gains . I’m not sure Gilbert is any better either .

LOL. They were all doing the gritty in 2019 after a TD. I don't mind team celebrations but stupid crap like what Lacy did is not acceptable.
