Does anyone else feel like watching LSU now just doesn’t feel like it used to?

LSU 2000-2019 I was always super confident playing OOC games. I knew we would win or at least be dominant. Now it’s like we play not to lose. Hard to describe

They no longer physically dominate like they once did in all OOC games. Sad

I got killed last year for this, but the thug bullshite would cost us.

It did.

“Get off my lawn” was said.

“This is how they uplift each other” was said.

How’s it feel now?
No control over team.

If there is a coach that “understands” Louisiana culture, and he can harness it, that’s who you need.

Otherwise, you have an MIT engineer leading janitors.

That's the best way to describe the play calling in the 2nd half last night.

That's what happens when you're left with 35 scholarships players with less than 3 years ago.

I posted this in another thread….

It's more of a business than a sport now. That has me becoming more and more disinterested.

Watching USC out physical us was totally demoralizing.

I feel like I am about to puke saying this, but with all the grief we give Les there was always A. Elite, well coached, hard hitting defense, B. A boring offense that would generally allow you to win games vs inferior opponents.

We never had to be concerned about defenses under DBU and while the offense could be downright miserable to watch, despite numerous coaching changes it stayed the same. Also for a long time it was a really solid formula.

You must have never watched an LSU game for the majority of Les’s career here. Those teams would have steamrolled USC last night.

BK is a horrible coach and out of place at LSU. He needs to take his arse back to the Midwest.

I’m not watching another game this year. I’m sick of losing our first game every year and now I’m distraught

There was a point in time where lsu led the nation in most OOC wins in in a row

My interest in what is now "CFB" is no longer what it used to be. The game is not the one I grew up with. Other than OT every change has been for the worse.
