A few big plays, but no completely broken plays like last season from the secondary. A vast improvement. Holding a Lincoln Riley offense under 30 is actually pretty good. Who knows yet how good Miller Miss might be??

Offense couldn’t execute when it really needed to but otherwise played, I think, as expected. You might not like it, but Nuss played perfectly within himself - average. He is a good, not very good, D1 QB.

66 has to get it together if he’s really going to be a leader.

The season is far from over for a 12 team playoff. This LSU team probably still is a top 15 team - average, and unfortunately expected.

Stupid fricking penalties, bad play calling and safety play.

This team will not scare anyone.

Safety play was fine - average

And “bad play calling “ is such an armchair QB statement. The team simply didn’t execute when they needed to, Nuss is average, and that’s just what we have

The defense is not as horrible as last year. That’s about the best I can do.

no, the play calling is a fair criticism.

We were vanilla in the second half. Too many runs up the gut that weren't consistently effective. No misdirection, few throws down the middle.

On the critical 3rd and 1 in the 4th quarter, we went with tempo to get quickly to the LOS but ran up the gut and got stuffed (no surprise). We could've used the same tempo and formation, but had Nuss bootleg around the right side. He could've walked for a 10 yard gain and a critical first down.

Again, no imagination, no misdirection. Bland and predictable. And ineffective.

Love when losers imply others need to accept the universal truth of their insanely stupid takes

Agree the defense was a joke,I mean come when your grabbing a receiver and not looking for the ball I mean wtf middle schoolers know that's pass interference hello. And all you here about is Perkins on defense I didn't see him wreck anything, and what sacks moss stood back and did what he wanted! I thought they hired this new stud defense coordinator, really.

The defense SUCKED

They are worse than last year

The only highlight of the game was the offense in the first half

Wrong, average is not fine.

Well, okay, runnig the ball when they shouldn't isn't bad play calling.

So, it's all on the players.
